License numbers for the current year are based on what your site published at the end of the previous academic year. You never face discrepancies. For example, you can count based on full-time equivalent staff (FTES), allowing students, parents, and alumni to use the software free of additional charges.

Technology Transfer Partners (TTP) is an international group made up of individuals from educational and research institutions who use OpenText solutions in their workplace. The self-help community from diverse computing environments shares knowledge, ideas, and feedback with the product teams. TTP members have considerable input into the OpenText software development process.
