OpenText Solutions for EDI and Compliance for Crate and Barrel
We’d love to talk to you about EDI Solutions for Crate and Barrel.
As a modern omnichannel retailer, we constantly challenge ourselves to better serve our customers every day. Speed to customer is a key focus and we invested in a new dedicated ecommerce fulfillment warehouse in Summer 2021. This facility leverages advanced automation, which allow orders to be shipped and fulfilled in hours versus days.
As a key vendor partner, you play a critical role supporting our customer promise. This means that we will depend on you to leverage EDI and to prioritize ASN compliance.
New EDI Program CBH is excited to announce a partnership with OpenText™ as our EDI provider, replacing our current purchase order management platform. Our project implementation team has successfully designed and developed system capabilities to ensure a smooth transition to be EDI compliant and enhance the supply chain for both Crate & Barrel and our Vendor Partners.
Benefits of OpenText:
OpenText also offers a web-based solution called OpenText™ Freeway that allows for EDI functionality via a web portal for those without an in-house EDI solution or an EDI provider.
Your Role
To move forward as a vendor of record for CBH, you will be required to choose traditional EDI integration or Freeway. As a key vendor partner, you play a critical role supporting our customer promise. This means that we will depend on you to leverage EDI and prioritize ASN compliance by the dates provided from the OpenText team.
In the meantime, if you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to VendorCompliance@crateandbarrel.com.
We appreciate your support and commitment to our customer experience.
