Since opening our first store in 1990, Ulta Beauty has grown to become the largest U.S. beauty retailer and the premier beauty destination for cosmetics, fragrance, skin care products, hair care products and salon services. We are excited to announce the partnership with OpenText™ as our new EDI provider. The project implementation team has successfully designed and developed system capabilities to ensure a smooth transition for both Ulta Beauty and its Brand Partners. We are confident these enhancements will enable a ‘best in class’ EDI system with advanced reporting capability.

The EDI mapping can be found below under the Further Information and Resource section. Please make sure to provide these documents to your responsible team(s) for review to get started as soon as possible.

    • 850-Purchase Order, 855-Purchase Order Acknowledgement, 860-PurchaseOrder Change, 856-Advance Shipment Notification, 810-Invoice
    • The EDI 855-Purchase Order Acknowledgement replaces the PO Change form
    • There is no change to Ulta Beauty GS1-128 Label Requirements, however it will need to be tested /certified
    • New EDI Sender / Receiver ID’s:
