We require support for a wide range of file formats and the ability to handle sensitive data from various countries, such as personal identifiable information (PII), payment card in¬dustry (PCI) data, and personal health informa¬tion (PHI). Having looked at building in-house analytics solutions, we soon realized the need for a more sophisticated, comprehensive, ef¬ficient, and faster approach to best serve the mid-market.”

Enhancing data protection and ensuring regulatory compliance

A thorough analysis of available solutions revealed IDOL KeyView as a game-changing technology. The filter software development kit (SDK) extracts text and metadata from a variety of file formats on many platforms. This capability gives Censornet real-time and strategic data extraction and classification with AI data analytics providing deep insights into the data to effectively boost competitive advantage and deliver enterprise-grade features to their mid-market clients. IDOL KeyView identifies file types accurately, including non-existent or ambiguous MIME types, enabling precise downstream routing and processing decisions.

The IDOL Eduction engine allows for the identification of sensitive data and other entities of interest, supporting legislative and regulatory compliance and policies. It can also redact sensitive content in text, images, audio, and video. This reduces risk, development costs, and ongoing maintenance, while speeding up time to market.
