New OpenText Content Management Services to be Delivered through SAP® Cloud Platform
New OpenText cloud services will work with SAP Cloud Platform to harmonize data and content services
Waterloo, ON – 2019-05-08 –OpenText™ (NASDAQ: OTEX), (TSX: OTEX), a global leader in Enterprise Information Management (EIM), today announced new OpenText content services will be delivered through SAP Cloud Platform and other SAP solutions. Planned for availability in Q4 2019 and developed on OpenText OT2, the new services will aim to address the need to manage structured data and unstructured content across applications and intelligent business processes. Delivered through SAP Cloud Platform, OpenText content services are planned to become available for applications such as SAP S/4HANA® Cloud, SAP® C/4HANA Cloud and SAP® SuccessFactors®.

OpenText content services for SAP Cloud Platform will provide a centralized content repository and advanced content capabilities across SAP applications, making it a powerful combination to reduce information sprawl and content management costs.
OpenText content services for SAP solutions will include standard and premium services:
- Standard services include: document management, such as folder, file and meta data management, versioning and viewing capabilities and attachment lists.
- Premium services include: enhanced solutions, such as extended content management, Office 365 integration, capture and document generation services.
