Jonathan Sterzik is Senior Vice President, Enterprise Operations at OpenText, leading the operations team supporting Sales, CSO and Development.
An operations and transformation executive with more than 25 years of industry and consulting experience, Jonathan brings deep expertise in operations, M&A strategy and execution, operating model and organizational design, change management, finance, and revenue growth. He has led multiple operations organizations in areas of Technical Sales, Sales and Operations Planning, Operations Management and Finance across industry sectors and has worked internationally in Canada, the United States, Germany, Austria, and Italy.
As SVP, Enterprise Operations, Jonathan oversees Bookings and Revenue Operations across all revenue generating functions of the business. He also provides business insights and analytics including short- and long-term predictive forecasting.
Before joining OpenText, Jonathan held roles with Deloitte, PwC, ENGEL Austria, Siemens AG, and Tyco Safety Products. He has been involved in operational due diligence, integration planning and execution, and restructuring across more than 70 international M&A deals.
He is passionate about how organizational psychology shapes management decision-making, particularly in M&A.
