OpenText Network Observability correlates configuration changes with network performance data automatically, enabling teams to resolve issues up to 50% faster. The platform also offers both SaaS and on-premises deployment with perpetual licensing available, something many other vendors do not. AI-powered intent-based diagnostics through OpenText Aviator further accelerate root cause analysis by interpreting network events and recommending targeted actions.

    • OpenText Network Observability supports more than 3,500 device types across 250+ vendors, including Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, F5, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, and Huawei. The platform scales to approximately 120,000 devices per global environment and can start small and grow through both scale-up and scale-out expansion. Core monitoring is agentless, using device-native SNMP, telemetry, and APIs, so there is no requirement to deploy agents across your infrastructure.

    • OpenText Network Observability brings together discovery, fault and performance monitoring, configuration management, compliance automation, network traffic analysis, log monitoring, and hybrid cloud network visibility in a single platform. Rather than purchasing separate tools for each function, you activate only the use cases you need through a modular, use-case-based licensing model. This avoids shelfware and lets you expand capabilities over time without replacing or re-architecting the platform.

    • The platform integrates natively with AWS and Azure for discovery, topology, and flow visibility, providing observability across cloud networks and on-premises infrastructure from a single view. You select only the capabilities you need, such as monitoring, configuration management, compliance, or cloud visibility, rather than purchasing a fixed bundle. Both subscription and perpetual licensing are available. Perpetual licensing is offered for on-premises deployments. This approach gives you control over costs and avoids paying for capabilities you will not use.
