      • AIOps, short for artificial intelligence for IT operations, is the multilayered use of AI, big data analytics, and machine learning to analyze IT operations data. It helps to intelligently identify patterns, augment routine tasks and processes, and resolve IT issues efficiently. Other names for the same concept include IT operations analytics (ITOA), advanced operational analytics, and AI for ITOM. As IT environments grow more complex and distributed across cloud and on-premises systems, AIOps has moved from an emerging concept to a core requirement for maintaining service reliability at scale.
