1: Register and confirm access

Review the following steps to ensure that you are able to successfully register and access your OpenText Cloud Solution and get the help you need.

You can also refer to our Cloud Success Playbook for full details.

  • Activate your solution

    Review your “Register to get started” and “Welcome to OpenText” emails to find the steps required to activate your OpenText Cloud Solution.

    TIP: For some products, you will receive separate emails for production and non-production environments. You must complete the setup for both.

  • Test your access

    Log in and test access. Validate and test your access to the admin center console as well as the end user application.

  • Register for MySupport

    MySupport is where you will go to engage with OpenText support teams and access knowledge articles. If you haven't already done so, create your MySupport account.

2: Configure authentication method

Determine how users will access your OpenText Cloud Solution.

3: Subscribe to updates

Keep up with what’s happening with your OpenText solution.

  • Stay informed

    Subscribe to receive real-time service availability updates.

4: Get technical configuration and deployment help

If you get stuck and need assistance at any point along the way, resources are available to assist you.

  • Access deployment help

    Quickly get your OpenText solutions live and have them integrated with leading applications with deployment and integration services from OpenText Professional Services.

  • Hitta en OpenText-partner

    Find the service provider, reseller, or technology expert with the expertise you need in the OpenText Partner network.
