In October 2010, OpenText™ acquired StreamServe, a leading provider of enterprise business communication solutions, to add complementary document output and customer communication management software to the OpenText Customer Experience Management (CEM) portfolio, now part of Experience Cloud, and to enhance the OpenText partnership with SAP.

StreamServe solutions help organizations to process and deliver highly personalized documents in paper or electronic formats. They enable the automation of business processes for B2B and B2C markets, including financial services, the public sector, telecommunications, and utilities.
