You will demonstrate the ability to configure and manage providers, resource pools, and content, as well as design, deploy, and publish services that align with organizational requirements. This certification exam is designed to verify your competence in managing service catalogs, customizing portals, and creating aggregated offerings with tasks and approvals. You will also showcase skills in monitoring cloud operations, viewing CI topology, implementing closed-loop control processes, generating reports and dashboards, and performing basic troubleshooting across the Cloud Management environment. This exam tests foundational and advanced knowledge of its concepts, architecture, features, and functionality. Candidates should have a wide range of administrative and operational responsibilities, including creating providers, designing services, publishing offerings, and efficiently managing cloud resources.
