This class is designed to introduce Knowledge Managers (partners, customers, or consultants) to the OpenText Extended ECM for SuccessFactors solution; it unpacks the specific capabilities and features of the solution.

As a partner or consultant, you will gain insight into the deployment, configuration, and customization steps to better serve your customers.

As a customer, you will understand what has been installed and configured for you. You will gain deeper insight into the different components of the OpenText Extended ECM for SuccessFactors solution and how the different roles within your organization can leverage the solution’s capabilities to work efficiently.

Course participants will have hands-on exercises and be performing use cases. This will ensure successful knowledge retention beyond the training environment.
