This exam validates your ability to design, develop, and maintain OpenText Solution Business Manager (SBM) process apps, specifically for System Administrators and similar roles.

It tests your understanding of SBM concepts, including articulating business needs that can be solved with SBM, describing different SBM interfaces, explaining basic SBM architecture, and defining fundamental SBM terminology. You will demonstrate your ability to use SBM to automate business processes. The exam also evaluates your skills in building a basic process app, developing user security models using roles, creating data models, and designing human workflows using SBM Composer. Additionally, you will be tested on your knowledge of deploying and configuring process apps, including creating and configuring projects, generating basic reports, and managing user accounts and notifications within SBM Work Center.
