Lise Lefaive, Senior Vice President, Enterprise Transformation and Shared Services

Lise Lefaive is Senior Vice President, Enterprise Transformation and Shared Services at OpenText. She leads enterprise-wide transformation, accelerating client outcomes and driving business performance through technology, innovation, and operational excellence.

A strategic, client-oriented executive with more than 20 years of experience, Lise has led large-scale enterprise transformation, mergers and acquisitions, digital strategy, and operating model evolution across the software, healthcare, and aviation industries. She has directed complex global initiatives spanning organizational change, insourcing, governance, and the optimization of enterprise technology and infrastructure, including applications, networks, data centers, cloud, and end-user services.

As SVP, Enterprise Transformation and Shared Services, Lise oversees Cloud Acceleration, a team focused on helping clients move to their choice of cloud faster, with simpler migrations and better outcomes. Her organization also includes OpenText's enterprise program management office; the AI Center of Excellence, which helps employees use AI to improve how work gets done; a team dedicated to automating and reimagining enterprise-wide processes for speed and simplicity; and Facilities, which creates world-class workplaces where teams collaborate to do their best work.

Before joining OpenText, Lise held senior leadership roles at Air Canada, where she led the IT Project Management team including the company’s successful cutover of their reservation system. Earlier in her career, she also held a position with Canada Health Infoway where she was on the winning team for the Project Management Institute PMO of the Year award.

She is known for her ability to navigate complexity, build high-performing teams, and engage executive stakeholders, bringing together strategy, technology, people, and processes to turn enterprise ambition into measurable results.
