This course provides site and project administrators with practical experience in applying the fundamental concepts, principles, and methodologies required to implement, customize, and manage OpenText™ Application Quality Management.
In this course, you will learn to create and manage projects, modify and add fields, define workflows, create users, and assign user permissions.
This course is intended for site administrators, project administrators, and other users of OpenText Application Quality Management who are responsible for managing projects, users, and workflow customizations.

Course Objectives

- Perform external authentication and configure servers and system parameters.
- Plan project groups and permissions to support organizational needs.
- Determine and apply entity customizations.
- Create and manage lookup lists for standardized data entry.
- Design and generate business views for enhanced reporting and analysis.
- Build and customize workflows to align with organizational practices.
Prerequisites
- Knowledge of basic testing concepts.
- Working knowledge of Windows Server administration, including services, users, and permissions.
- Familiarity with relational databases (for example, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle) and basic SQL queries.
- Basic scripting knowledge (for example, VBScript or
JavaScript) to support workflow customization.
