Course Description

This course will introduce the student to OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) for SAP Solutions. The participant will learn how to leverage VIM Foundation as the platform for various inbound invoice scenarios. Students will then build two of their own incoming invoice scenarios, using the VIM Invoice Solution. One of these scenarios will include creation of an Intelligent Capture for SAP Solutions (IC4SAP) profile for recognizing the invoice.

Invoice Exception processing and Approval configuration will be performed. Machine learning opportunities, such as Smart Coding will be highlighted. The course will also familiarize the participant with areas where OpenText functionality can be extended for customer-specific needs.

On completion of this course, the student should feel confident that they can successfully embark on an implementation of Vendor Invoice Management for SAP Solutions for Invoice Automation.
