Course Description

CX-E Notify is a UCConnect application that enables CX-E Voice to run notification campaigns via voice, text, and email. This course is intended for CX-E Administrators and partner technicians that need to implement CX-E Notify. The course covers an overview of CX-E Notify and UCConnect, followed by installation and initial configuration of the CX-E Notify package. It also covers how to create and run notification campaigns, and then generate reports on the results of those campaigns.

• Use the CX-E telephony interface to create voice recordings for your campaign
• Use the CX-E telephony interface to manage your CX-e Notify application
