Course Description
This course is designed to provide Business Partners and Administrators the foundation needed for the implementation and administration of Core Capture. It provides in-depth knowledge and usage of the Core Capture application. The main focus of this class is product overview, system and tenant administration, user management, batch processing, as well as reporting and monitoring. It also includes an overview of process specification and design. All concepts are explained using hands on exercises.

- Learn how to configure the Capture Tenant, administer and configure the Core Capture solution.
- Learn how to manage users as well as Tenant and Application administrators.
- Develop an understanding of workflow and profile design.
- Learn how to monitor performance and generate reports.

- List the minimum client specifications
- Describe Core Capture licensing
- Create and manage users, groups, and roles
- Describe how to process documents
- Administer Servers, Processes, and Batches
- Describe monitoring
- Generate reports
- Describe how workflows and capture profiles are designed and deployed
Prerequisites
- Familiarity with Windows-based applications
- Familiarity with imaging and Enterprise Content Management concepts (desired)
