Summary
Building on a foundation of managing documents, this course covers the essentials of using OpenText Content Management to collaborate and complete work efficiently. This course also introduces Business Workspaces which are customizable spaces for users to securely store, manage, and share business-critical information, documents, and data.
Overview
This course begins with an introduction to how users typically collaborate in OpenText Content Management. It is followed by an exploration of initiating and managing workflow processes in the system. You will then learn how to configure and enable reminders and notifications that enhance productivity. You will also learn how to collaborate using Intelligent Viewing, Collections, and Wikis and how to customize Home and department landing pages by configuring Smart View Perspectives. And finally, you will explore Business Workspaces by using deployed implementations that are customized for real-world business scenarios.

- Work with the features and widgets in the deployed Teamspaces business scenario
