Course Description
Overview
This four-day training course will provide an end-to-end overview of the OpenText Media Management system with special focus on the product administration from a business perspective.
The training begins with an introduction to the end-user experience performing tasks such as asset, folder and video management, interact with search, collections, templates and asset properties.
The course proceeds with the administration of the system from a business perspective where participants will be introduced to the administrative console where they will manage users and groups, security, metadata, templates, deep zooms and 360 spins, and system extensions.
The course ends with the development of various types of jobs (or workflow definitions) using the Job Modeler; and concluding with workshop that will help participants prepare for Media Management implementations in accordance with OpenText best practices following the standard Media Management Business Analysis methodology.
All sections of the training combine presentations, discussions, and hands-on exercises to provide a broad range of product knowledge.

- Implement the Media Management Business Analysis Methodology
