Course Description

Overview

This class is designed to equip Business Administrators (partners, customers, or consultants) to prepare the OpenText Core Content Management for SAP SuccessFactors tenant for use.

In this class, participants will learn how to obtain, register, and begin tailoring the new tenant. This will include connecting it to and integrating it with the SAP SuccessFactors tenant. They will move on to learn how specific capabilities and features of OpenText Core Content Management for SAP SuccessFactors can be customized to meet their business process needs. They will also cover ongoing administration and management of a working solution. Participants will perform hands-on exercises in their own tenant to practice these tasks and ensure knowledge is retained.

• Perform initial onboarding for tenants
• Create inbound and outbound connections
• Create the Employee workspace type
• Customize workspace templates
• Customize document types
• Configure the OpenText Core Communications app
• Enable authors and designers to create communications
• Set up required jobs for maintaining workspaces
• Create access to the OpenText application from within the SAP SuccessFactors UI
• Configure Core Compliance for records management functionality
• Enable users to create retentions and holds
• Synchronize SuccessFactors attachments to OpenText workspaces
• Perform troubleshooting
