Course Description
Overview
This two-day course is aimed at experienced users of OpenText Web CMS, focussing on advanced user features. It begins with an introduction to ContentCenter Professional, understand the content structure, and how to navigate it efficiently. It then delves into project management, covering how to manage the global project, create new projects, and convert branches into projects.
The course also focuses on creating and organizing sites, teaching users how to create, organize, tag, and publish sites and their assets. It includes a section on end-user forms, explaining their purpose, creation, and integration into pages. Additionally, users learn to create locales, localized sites and assets, and set up a taxonomy hierarchy to manage content tagging. The course covers managing Targeting by describing conditions, actions, and rules, and how to create and edit these elements for effective content targeting.
Further, the course addresses managing segments, starting and managing jobs, and handling files, including copying, moving, and finding associated files. It also covers submitting files, viewing file properties, and managing versions. Users gain insights into managing access by understanding roles, group membership, and modifying permissions.
