Summary

OpenText Infrastructure Observability is a SaaS solution for monitoring cloud and on-premises environments. This fundamentals course teaches you how to onboard the solution, use Hyperscale and Agentless Monitoring, work with the Operations console, and apply Reporting.

Overview

OpenText Infrastructure Observability is a SaaS solution to monitor cloud environments and on-premises infrastructure such as physical servers, databases, and middleware.

In this course, you will learn how to use the individual components of the solution to onboard it into your organization and how to work with SaaS environment.

You will know how to use Hyperscale observability to monitor your Infrastructure and how to use Agentless Monitoring to monitor your applications. You will also learn how to use the collected data in Operations console, based on AI Operations Management, and how to use Reporting to get an insight into your collected data over time and for different purposes.

You will learn about data collection, Operations, and representation in a ground-up approach. The course is built to explain the topics from the very beginning and is suitable for inexperienced IT personnel and experienced monitoring experts
