Overview
This course is intended for team leaders, template designers, contributors, content reviewers, analysts, and web designers.
This two-day class on OpenText™ Web CMS introduces the platform's role in web content management and its key features. It covers basic concepts like Assets, Pages, Templates, Sites, Projects, and Folders, along with the various interfaces and functionalities within Experience Studio.
Learners will gain practical skills in managing projects, sites, and assets. This includes creating and configuring projects, understanding Sites, and handling different types of assets such as Content Items, Media, Resources, and Forms. Essential procedures for securing, publishing, and tagging assets are also covered.
The course also addresses the creation and management of templates and pages, as well as workflows and targeting building blocks. It explains the differences between Global and site templates, the process of creating and editing pages, and the use of components. Additionally, it covers tasks, job management, and the procedures for publishing and monitoring files.
