You can identify, collect, and organize content to ensure sensitive data is discovered. With Connect, you can configure how structured and unstructured sources and datasets are processed and categorized. You can analyze your data with Analyze. You can also organize, review, and take action on documents and unstructured data items with Manage.

On completion of this course, participants should be able to:
- Explain how permissions work at the application, workspace, and dual levels.
- Differentiate between default roles and custom roles, and know when to use each.
- Create new roles and assign permissions effectively.
- Manage users by creating, editing, deleting, and resetting passwords.
- Create and manage groups to simplify role assignments.
- Use the roles assignment flow to ensure users inherit permissions correctly through group membership.
- Apply best practices to reduce risk, enforce least privilege, and maintain compliance.

Familiarity with the fundamentals of role-based access control.
