The Canadian Technology Fast 50 annually recognizes the 50 fastest growing technology companies in Canada based on compound rates of annual revenue growth during the previous five year period. The ranked list of 50 companies includes public and private companies in all technology segments including, biotechnology, semiconductors, Internet, software and communications. To be eligible, companies must have been in business for a minimum of five years, have had 1994 revenues of at least $75,000, have had 1998 revenues of at least $1,000,000, and be legally incorporated and headquartered in Canada.
