About the Program

NordstromNordstrom, Inc. is a leading fashion specialty retailer based in the U.S. Founded in 1901 as a shoe store in Seattle, today Nordstrom operates over 300 stores in 38 states, Canada and Puerto Rico. Our customers are served through our Full Line Nordstrom stores in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico, Nordstrom Racks stores, two Jeffrey boutiques and one clearance store. Additionally, customers are served online through Nordstrom.com and Nordstromrack.com|HauteLook.com (please note HauteLook requirements can be found separately on this site).

As a part of Nordstrom’s ongoing efforts to improve customer experience, and promote faster item setup and speed to web, Nordstrom requires additional attributes when downloading items from your electronic catalog. The updated process will improve the flow of information between our two companies and allow Nordstrom to publish your merchandise on our website more quickly.

Nordstrom and OpenText, in an effort to better support you, our trading partners, has assembled the following information to help you meet Nordstrom’s need for additional attributes.
