The ProVision 9.1 Business Architecture (BA) Developer Certification is a professional credential for ProVision 9.1 modelers which validates your knowledge and technical skills. The actual certification exam can be taken online. It is recommended, but not required, that those who partake in the certification exam have ProVision installed. The exam is broken into three parts; ProVision Function, Business Architecture and Modeling. The each part counts for roughly 1/3 of the exam points. To pass the exam correct answers must be selected on questions representing at least 75 percent of the total points.

Audience

ProVision modelers who model Business Architecture Business Domain, Business Process and Activity components. Benefits of the certification include the ability to demonstrate proven expertise in ProVision 9.1 and increased visibility for partners. Certified developers also are able to successfully work on Business Architecture projects within an organization, which allows their employers to benefit from maximum returns on their investment in the application.

Prerequisites

Strong knowledge of the ProVision interface and functionality through:
  • 1-4318 ProVision v9.1 Fundamentals
  • 1-4316 OpenText ProVision v9.1 Business Architecture Foundation
  • At least one month of experience modeling with ProVision in the Business Architecture space.
