Intelidata provides Costumer Communication Management (or CEM, Customer Experience Management, as named by OpenText) software and services.
We are focused in the Telecommunications, Finantial and Insurance sectors. As OpenText Partners we have helped OpenText in implementing OT Exstream in such customers like Telefonica Chile, Telefonica Peru, Seguros Bolivar - Colombia, SANCOR Seguros - Argentina and MAPFRE - Brazil. We sell software licenses, implementation services and business processes operations related to CCM. In fact, in MAPFRE - Brazil, we provide the complete CCM Operation using OT Exstream with human resources, hardware and software licenses purchased by Intelidata.
Our main offices are in Chile, with subsidiaries in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Peru. We started operations in 2008.

We provide the full EXSTREAM product line, from software licenses to full operation of the platform.
For the Full Operation services, we get customer data, process it and generate multi-channel documents from printing to electronic delivery, including email distribution. We use OT Exstream tools for this line of business. We have an staff of 40 people dedicated to the CCM business.
