The Eccentex Suite for OpenText has pre-built applications for the Eccentex AppBase Platform, which in turn run over-the-top of and integrated to Customers' Core Systems without requiring them to be modified.  The Suite is integrated fully with the OpenText ECM suites, including Documentum and Content Server.  The Suite includes: Knowledge Base, Technical Service Management, Linear Asset Change Management, and Pipeline Change Management.  Other products are added regularly, and focus currently on Asset-Intensive Industries — Energy, Utility, Oil & Gas, Telco, Transport, Mining, delivering streamlined processes that increase compliance, productivity, and employee satisfaction, thereby decreasing related costs by up to 30%.
