  • Registration

    Unless stated otherwise, your Enterprise World 2019 registration fee includes the following:

    • Enterprise World Kickoff Celebration & Reception – July 9
    • Lunch – July 9-11
    • General Session Keynote – July 9-10
    • Breakout Sessions – July 9-11
    • Enterprise Expo – July 9-11
    • Innovation Lab – July 8-11 (on-site sign up required)
    • Developer Lab– July 9-11 (on-site sign up required)
    • Product Lab – July 9-11
    • Evening Entertainment – July 11
    • Conference Proceedings

    Please note that the registration fee must be paid before entering the conference.


    To begin the registration process, click on Register at the top of the page and select the most appropriate registration type. There are different passes for customers and partners. Within your registration, you have the option of registering for one of the following:

    • Full conference pass
    • One-day conference pass
    • Training only (once available)


    If you need to update the information that you provided during the registration process, simply click Already registered at the top right corner of the Enterprise World registration website. Your confirmation number and email address used for the registration are required to access your account. Within your account, you have options to modify, or pay your registration by clicking on the buttons across the top of the screen.


    If you have a promo code, please complete the registration process. On the final payment page there is a text box to insert the promo code. Once the promo code is applied it will update the fee with your discount.

    Please note: multiple promo codes CANNOT be applied. If you have any issues applying a promo code please email


    Yes, you may transfer your registration to a colleague by sending an email to with the new attendee's name and email address.


    You can cancel your own registration by signing into your registration with your email address and confirmation number or by emailing We do not accept cancellations by phone.

    To receive a refund (minus 25% cancellation fee), you must cancel your registration by June 7, 2019.

    There are no refunds after June 7, 2019.


    You will need your confirmation number to:

    • Edit your profile information
    • Sign up for training if you originally registered for the conference only
    • Add more training workshops/courses, or modify your training selections, breakout session choices, etc.
    • Add a guest and pay for guest passes to one or more evening event
    • Cancel your registration (cancellation policies apply)

    To make any of the above changes to your registration, simply follow the link provided with your confirmation number in your confirmation email and click on the "My Registration" tab in the main navigation bar.


    All purchases and fees are calculated and billed in US Dollars.

    We accept the following credit cards:

    • Visa
    • MasterCard
    • American Express

    Your credit card payment will be processed immediately.

    If you are unable to pay by credit card and need to pay by invoice or purchase order, please contact the Enterprise World team, and we’ll be happy to help you further.


    Credit card is the only accepted method of payment on site. We cannot accept cheques or purchase orders at the conference. Your fee will be calculated and billed in US Dollars.


    Passport and visa information

    Depending on both the length of stay and nationality of a business traveler, a business visa may be required. Travelers who are citizens of countries who participate in the Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) program will not require a visa for business travel, so long as they have valid ETA approval before travel and a valid passport.

    It is your responsibility to secure the appropriate Visa to travel to Toronto, Ontario, Canada.


    Our HR department can provide invitational letters. Please email with the following information after you have completed your registration for Enterprise World:

    • Name of OpenText Employee in Canada as your local point of contact
  • Training

    OpenText offers an exciting series of courses and workshops July 7-8 to provide hands-on learning opportunities on best practices for the usage, deployment and operations of your OpenText solutions. The courses will be added to the Enterprise World website once available.


    Once available, you will have the option to add training during the registration process.

    If you choose to sign up for training, please make sure your workshop or course selections appear under "Session Registration". The appropriate fee will show next to your selection. Then follow the instructions to complete your registration.

    You can make changes to your conference registration or withdraw from a training session through the Enterprise World website. Simply click on the "Already Registered" link on the site, enter your confirmation number, and proceed to make your modifications. If you need any help, email us at



    • Participation in an engaging and valuable learning session with an OpenText expert and your peers from other organizations
    • Usage of a computer for hands-on lab exercises (where applicable)
    • Course materials in two formats: 1) printed hard copy, and 2) personally licensed eBook
    • Morning coffee, lunch and refreshments during your course days

    YES! OpenText Elite points can be used towards training sessions.

    Please note: Training courses are not included in your conference registration and training fees are based on the course.


    There will be two onsite registration desks: one in the South Building on the 600 level, and another in the North Building on the 200 level. You will be required to check-in to pick up your name badge prior to attending the pre-conference training courses.


    Lunch will be provided for pre-conference training attendees.


    At the conference

    The conference dress code is business casual. The Tuesday and Thursday evening events have a more relaxed, casual dress code. Please note that the conference hall and meeting rooms will be air-conditioned.


    Special offers and services

    To register your group, select the 4-Pass Group Bundle registration option and continue through the registration process.

    You may add group member names on the registration summary page and the fees will be reduced to reflect the group pricing.

    Please note that the 4-Pass Group Bundle pricing will only be offered when four passes are purchased.

    Note: The group promotion only applies to the OpenText Customer conference registration pricing. Already discounted registration types do not qualify (i.e. Elite members and government registrations). Current registration fees apply.


    Yes, guest passes are available to add to your registration from now until the end of the conference.

    A guest pass includes admission to the opening reception on Tuesday and closing event on Thursday, and information on registering for local Toronto and Niagara tours.

    Guests must be 19 years of age or older and there is a maximum of one guest pass per conference attendee. A guest pass will not allow access to sessions and is intended for a leisure guest accompanying a registered conference attendee.
