83% Say Process Automation is an Enabler

According to a survey from AIIM (Association for Information and Image Management), business leaders know change must occur rapidly to remain competitive, to retain current clients and to attract new business. Many are turning to business process management (BPM) to achieve these goals, with 83% of survey respondents saying they feel BPM is a process automation enabler and 73% saying it increases organizational agility.
