Students will learn how to use various types of scripting available in Captiva Capture. Topics include client-side scripting, .NET Code module, profile scripting for document types and image processing, and creation custom image filters. CaptureFlow scripting is not covered in this course. In this course, students will use VB.NET.

On completion of this course, participants should be able to:

• Describe the various types of scripts available in Captiva Capture
• Use client-side scripting for available Captiva Capture modules
• Describe the interfaces used in client-side scripting
• Use the .NET Code module to read and write document type data
• Describe profile scripting
• Create profile scripts for document types
• Create profile scripts for image processor
• Describe how to develop, deploy, and debug CaptureFlow scripts
• Create custom image filters
• Describe how scripts are deployed
