Operational Readiness Program The Operational Readiness Program is essential for new Open Text solution deployments where building a solid Service Management Plan and customer team to execute it is crucial to its overall success. The program places a strong emphasis on the creation of, and mentoring on, the SOPs needed to effectively support and administer the solution being deployed, and then providing assigned Open Text resources and other key components during the initial stages of production deployment.
