e-Learning Program

Open Text offers a complete online, Web-based learning program for the Livelink product, making it convenient for your employees to get the training they need to work more effectively with Livelink ECM - Enterprise Server.

Whether you need to train a few employees, or a few thousand, our Web-based e-Learning program offers participants the flexibility to learn at their leisure and at their own pace.

Open Text currently offers the following courses and workshops through our Independent e-Learning program:


Getting Started

Open Text's e-Learning program can be arranged for your users through the following options:

Option 1

  • Individual or group registrations can be purchased in two-month time periods. Participants will be provided with a log-on account and URL to access the course. Through our hosting service, Open Text will provide maintenance support for the Open Text server on which the course is based as well as a qualified instructor to respond to e-mail and discussion items posted by participants.

Option 2

  • An e-Learning server can be installed and configured at your site with support options available including, installation, maintenance, and a qualified instructor to assist participants. Pricing is based on the number of participants and support options.

How e-Learning Works

Registration

  • Users must be enrolled with the Training Registrar to take a specific e-Learning course.

User Access

  • Enrolled users are provided with a URL and password which provides access to the appropriate e-Learning courses and materials.
