Duration: 1 half day
Learn how to design, create, and optimize process maps using OpenText analystView – an add-in to Visio Premium 2010. Learn how to create BPMN-based process maps, assign process attributes to the map, and set up and run process simulations. Course participants will also review how to take advantage of SharePoint 2010 collaboration capabilities supporting process improvement and XPDL exchange features for supporting process automation.
