Provides an orientation on ProVision’s capabilities to integrate the information needed to describe strategy and drive that strategy through to the transformation required in an enterprise. This course does not require the attendee to use ProVision.
Audience:
Any role concerned with understanding how ProVision can be used to define strategy and use that definition to control and drive transformation within an enterprise. This class is intended for managers (and others) who need an appreciation for how to use information contained in ProVision to help govern business transformation but may not be direct users of ProVision. This course may also be of interest to any role involved in business transformation that needs to understand links between the components that they create in ProVision and the strategic direction.
Prerequisites:
1-4301 Metastorm ProVision Overview (if new to ProVision)
