Join us for this special half-day online workshop! Learn how to enable logging in Content Server and learn to understand on what is going on in your Content Server product and generate the correct logging for OpenText Support in order to minimize delays in getting your system issues resolved.

By the end of the session you will understand when to use logging, what type of logging to use, and how to generate logs correctly.

This course is offered online: 2pm EST - 6pm EST (1pm - 5pm CENTRAL)

Audience:

System Administrators

Prerequisites:

  • 101Knowledge Fundamentals course, 215 System and Search Administration.
  • Knowledge of configuring and administering operating systems, including Windows and/or various UNIX variants.
  • Knowledge of configuring and administering Web servers, including IIS.
  • Knowledge of configuring and administering basic network hardware.
