338 Configuring the Dynamic Views for eDOCS DM
Duration: 0.5 day
Dynamic Views are helpful to your users when profiling and searching for their documents. It produces a structured hierarchical tree view that saves time when profiling documents by selecting your organization's metadata. When searching for documents, you can use the default searches or create searches from your own customized data, and assign them to the appropriate levels of your Dynamic View. You can subscribe to the more frequently accessed Dynamic View levels, and also delegate the ability for another user to add and remove the subscriptions. Ad-hoc folders can be created at the various levels to further categorize your documents to make is easier to search.

Course 3-1115 (formerly course 335)Implementing Document Management using DM v5.x or one year Field Experience with DM Administration.
