337 Open Text eDOCS Email Filing

Could you use some help in managing emails in your organization? eDOCS Email Filing in conjunction with Traen, Inc., provides the ability to automate the saving of emails into eDOCS DM/RM libraries. The additional service, Exchange Connector, can extract emails directly from the Exchange Server to file emails for users with web access, Blackberry, iPhone, etc. With the add-on modules, Auto Bulk Filing, Email Marker, and Email Filing Assistant, you can easily save your many important emails, easily track which messages were saved and where in DM/RM, and automatically use metadata from previously saved emails to quickly and consistently profile your new email. This course steps you through the installation and configuration of Email Filing as well as the add-on modules. This is only for Microsoft Outlook emails.

Prerequisites:
Course 3-1115 (formerly course 335) Implementing Document Management using DM v5.x or one year Field Experience with DM Administration.
