2257 RightFax ASP - Certification Exam
Duration: 90 Minutes
The RightFax Authorized Support Provider (ASP) Certification Exam validates the skills required of a RightFax Administration & Support Technician and in addition, validates advanced skills necessary to support RightFax software. The successful candidate achieves a firm understanding of the implementation and configuration of a customer system and common integrations. The candidate will also exhibit sound troubleshooting techniques to isolate, replicate and resolve advanced technical issues. A certified RightFax ASP individual will understand, in intimate detail, the concepts, processes, settings, and architecture of RightFax as it relates to a fax or other document lifecycle and provide level 1 and level 2 support to their OpenText clients.

Firm knowledge of OpenText RightFax, Fax over IP, and support/troubleshooting of RightFax
