This online course exposes participants, through a series of practical lessons and interactive exercises, to the rich features and flexibility of FirstClass on its various platforms including, PC, Mac and Web. Including in-depth lessons on customizing, communications, conferencing, and collaboration, among others, this course will fulfill any user training requirement and serve as a vital basis for any advanced FirstClass course. Students have 4 weeks to complete the course.
By the end of this course, you will learn:
- Orientation and personalizing FirstClass Messaging and communicating.
- Calendaring and event and task scheduling Asynchronous (conferences) and synchronous (chat) collaboration.
- Web communications and calendaring.
Once registered, students have up to 4 weeks to complete this online course.
Audience:
This popular entry level course provides extremely high value to all FirstClass users, management, sales, administrators, FirstClass Consultants, and support personnel.
Prerequisites:
A basic knowledge of using a Web browser and office applications.
Summary:
This course is a pre-requisite for all continuing FirstClass courses.
