e3304 FirstClass Designer Training

Duration: 1 Day

The online, one-day FirstClass Designer course teaches you how customize the FirstClass Client interface. Students have 4 weeks to complete the 1 day of training. With the Designer, you can add resources such as pictures, icons, forms, and sounds. The course focuses on the different, but complementary functions of the FC Resource Registry and resource packages/settings files. You will also learn the most effective way to distribute resources to your users.

By the end of this course, you will learn:

• Resource package creation and content.
• Creating and customizing resources and forms.
• Distributing resources on the FirstClass Server.

Audience:

FirstClass Designer training is designed for FirstClass Administrators, FirstClass Consultants, and User or Support Personnel who are responsible for the maintenance and updating of a FirstClass system.

Prerequisites:

FirstClass client or FirstClass End-user Training, FirstClass Server Administration Training, Windows or Macintosh Operating System.
