4307 Advanced FirstClass Development Training

The Advanced FirstClass Development course focuses on leveraging the most powerful features of the latest releases. The new features of Group resource distribution, custom conference layout, application rules, and custom toolbar buttons provide the structure for the development of sophisticated applications that run entirely within your FirstClass environment. This course will take you step-by-step through these processes using a hands-on approach. You will learn and create basic toolbar modification and customization to complex workflow applications.
By the end of this course, you will learn:
- Discussion and utilization of the FirstClass workflow features.
- How to use Group resource distribution to distribute custom resources.
- Modification and customization of conference toolbars.
- Modification and customization of conference view windows.
- Development of simple but effective applications.
- Development of a complex workflow application.
Audience:
Advanced FirstClass Development training is designed for FirstClass Administrators, FirstClass Consultants, and User or Support Personnel who are responsible for adding application interfaces to an existing FirstClass system.
Prerequisites:
FirstClass client or FirstClass End-user Training, FirstClass Server Administration Training FirstClass Designer Training Windows or Macintosh Operating System Due to the advanced subject matter, participants require at least one year's administrative experience or the permission of the instructor to enroll in this course. A solid understanding of FirstClass Administration and the FirstClass Designer application for custom form development is a must.
