2262 Alchemy ASP - Certification Exam

The Alchemy Authorized Support Provider (ASP) certification exam validates the skills required by an Alchemy ASP specialist and also validates the advanced skills necessary to support the Alchemy software. The successful ASP candidate achieves a firm understanding of the primary features, licensing, integrations and client programs of Alchemy. A certified Alchemy ASP specialist will also understand, in intimate detail, the concepts, processes, settings, and architecture of Alchemy and possess skills to handle level 1 and level 2 Support.
This certification exam is for OpenText Document Server, Alchemy Edition ASP partners

Firm knowledge of support/troubleshooting of OpenText Document Server, Alchemy Edition
