3250 Fax Server Support Certification – EXAM

Duration: 90 Minutes

The certification test covers topics and situations that an engineer may see in the installation, configuration and support of the current released version of RightFax. The upgrade process from a supported previous version of RightFax to the very latest version may be tested, but not previous versions themselves. The test topics, and in some cases the questions themselves, were derived from the common issues and questions that were reported to Technical Support. The test focuses on the commonly used components of the server and the installation and integration issues that can occur when installing, configuring or supporting those components.

Audience:

RightFax Help Desk personnel.

Prerequisites:

Knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server operating systems.

Taxes: All prices exclude VAT or other taxes where applicable (all currencies).

Extra expenses: Customer site course prices do not include instructor travel expenses, which are billed separately.

Reservations: Please provide a minimum of 3 weeks advance notice when arranging courses at customer sites.
