138 What’s New in Using Livelink ECM – Enterprise Server v9.7.1

Duration: 2.5 hours

This 2.5 hour on-line course identifies and demonstrates the new user features available in Livelink v9.7.1. It is geared to existing Livelink v9.5-9.6 users and administrators looking to be able to take advantage of these new features and usability enhancements.

Classes begin at 1:00PM (Eastern Time Zone) upon the scheduled date.

On completion of this training, participants should be able to describe the new features, specifically:

• Navigation Tools including pagination of container contents, item filtering, item duality, the document overview screen and new batch operation functions.
• Adding Documents including dragging & dropping through Internet Explorer, e-mail enabling folders/containers and creating new documents using MS Project or MS Visio.
• Advanced Major/Minor versioning.
• Collaboration Tools including the participating in discussions via e-mail and the ability to control subscriptions.
• Participating in workflows via e-mail.
• User and Group enhancements.
• Searching improvements including new drop-down menus/options for simple searches, search results display options, improved messaging, saving your search page, parent paths on results and new LiveReports.
• Collections.

Existing Livelink v9.5-9.6 Users and Administrators.

Prerequisites:

Working user knowledge of Livelink version prior to 9.7.1.
