This technical workshop examines the Open Text Livelink ECM - Enterprise Server from a troubleshooting perspective and provides strategies to identify, solve and prevent issues from arising.
This workshop is targeted at a technically astute audience with previous experience with Livelink ECM - Enterprise Server, operating systems, and hardware. In this two-day workshop you will learn how to:

Prerequisites:
101 Livelink Knowledge Fundamentals course, 201 or 215 or 485 Livelink System Administration. Knowledge of configuring and administering operating systems, including Windows and/or various UNIX variants.Knowledge of configuring and administering Web servers, including IIS. Knowledge of configuring and administering basic network hardware.
