251 Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) for SAP Business Users

Duration: 2 days

This 2-day course provides the core information you need to streamline SAP® Accounts Payable operations using VIM.

Upon completion of this course you will be able to describe the VIM steps from scanning to payment as well as the VIM process and software components. This course will step through the PO and non-PO invoice processing flows. The user roles included in the VIM process are explained allowing for the description of at least six exception scenarios.

Prerequisites:

Basic knowledge of navigating within an SAP system via the SAP GUI, Basic knowledge of accounts payable operations.
