This two-day course focuses on the three R/KYV interfaces from an end user/super user perspective:
- Scanning (Simulated) - Windows Client
- Web Browser Client
- SmartOffice Client
- System Administration - Client Side
This course will give users the opportunity to start to understand what eDOCS R/KYV can do for them, using a Training Database.
Audience:
All Users of Open Text - eDOCS R/KYV v9.1.
Prerequisites:
Familiarity with Windows environment, Familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet and e-mail packages, A good understanding of records management is desirable.
